With Shan at its core, ShanWu is dedicated not only to teaching dance, but also to imarting broader values and life philosophies through dance education. Mount Moni is part of the Altai Mountains, a region renowned for its magnificent natural landscapes, featuring diverse environments such as towering mountains, glaciers, rivers, and grasslands. This area is also the traditional living space of the Mongolian nomadic peoples, rich in cultural and historical heritage. The Mongolian dance "Mount Moni" showcases the vastness, expansiveness, and freedom of the grasslands, as well as the bold, heroic, and steady character of the Mongolian people. Through the use of traditional Mongolian dance elements, this performance expresses people's longing for harmony between humans and nature, and their aspirations for a better life.
